"I'm wondering "how" anyone can go to war in your world?"
If I had my way, no one would.
And, you maroons, it is possible for a person to make a choice and for their demise to be a tragedy.
Maybe one must have been around a bit to see that.
A person my choose to blow their brains out, and it's a tragedy.
A person may choose to base jump, and if their 'chute doesn't open, it's a tragedy.
A person enlist in the military, choose Special Forces, and suffer a service-related death. It's a tragedy. That doesn't mean the Armed Forces are relieved from any obligation to provide as safe an environment as possible!!!
"Choosing" doesn't mean throwing away one's life!!
One can choose to be an astronaut, without choosing to be killed due to stupidity!
I wouldn't have thought that point was all that hard to understand.
