Here's enough to generate an apology from a reasonable person. Google "pledge 42 senators" and read for hours. (More later on Bush's attempts to completely dodge accountability to Congress and Supreme Court, thus becoming a Hitlerian dictatorship. Involves Gonzalez, Andy Card, hopsital, pancreatitis. No one in the DOJ would sign it, leaving Gonzalez as White House Counsel, and that wasn't enough. Serious move.)
By the way. In a true democracy the attempt to block counting of ballots by storming the places where it's occurring is not considered "little" except to fascists. I think you'll agree.
