What's really interesting is that as technology advances it costs less and less in dollars to go do this, even with the minimal cost effective advances in rocketry. What we need is someone Justin's age to become Delos Harriman, The Man Who Sold the Moon. Too bad that Luna Corp and others really don't have the seed capital or real marketing capability, because the 1st step of sending a teleoperated rover to the lunar poles can be done for the cost of making Spiderman.
