Hello there,
Just bought the 4th Enterprise video, with the episode "Breaking the ice".
It's about visiting a comet.
2 crewmen land on the comet and one of them falls and hurst his knee. the shuttle also falls deeper in the bottom of the comet.
Even a very very big comet would never have a gravity high enough to hurt an astronaut's knee by falling less than a meter!!!
Charlie Duke and Jack Schmitt, fully spacesuited, fell a number of times on the moon and they had an interesting way to recover: if they are their belly first on the ground, they'd bent their kness as much as possible and push with both gloved hands as hard as possible on the ground! It didn't work the first time, always, so they had to do it again (Schmitt did it 4 times once, I believe), until enough momentum allowed their body to become vertical, touching the ground at the tip of their toes. There are no pictures , only films of their gymnastic: amazing they could do it.....but that's one more proof they actually walked on a lower gravity world.
