Fuel Efficiency A Prime Case

Simply increasing fuel efficiency would go a long way towards reducing CO2 Emmisions not to mention dependence on foreign asshole two-faced regimes. That is one of my primary concerns. I don't necessarily support Kyoto, but am really pissed off about mileage standards.
