The Solar system has a finite amount of resources. Throwing away Venus’ CO2 seems like such a waste. Here is what I would do with it:
I came up with the idea of processing Venus’s atmosphere in orbital or land processing centers. The atmosphere is separated into its components. The CO2 is separated into Carbon and oxygen. The Carbon is used for building material or combined with the surface rock and the oxygen is combined with hydrogen mined from the gas giant to form water. Venus has almost 3 times the nitrogen as the Earth so we need to get ride of 2/3rds of it. It could either be shipped elsewhere in the solar system (Mars, Moon colonies, asteroid colonies and anywhere else they needs nitrogen for air and to grow plants) or it could be combined with the surface rock to form nitrates. This process could take centuries.
