Northern California shower a dud
I was out off and on between 1:30 and 2:30 AM (peak was predicted at a little after 2), watched for about ten minutes each time, and saw not one meteor. Probably would have seen something if I had stayed out constantly, but was a big disappointment compared to last year's great shower. My son got up a little later that night and said he saw two or three.
Wonder what the deal is.
