Yes Tom,

We could see the fog and haze down in the bay area. Mt. Tamapais was above though. Chabot Observatory (Oakland hills) had decent skies and are claiming 200 to 300 meteors (according to the news) which I have a hard time with as there are so many trees.

Venus was a treat at sunrise, never seen her in such a sliver of a crescent
