Where were you located? I was in my back yard in San Pedro CA from 2am to 3am. Viewing conditions, except for the full moon, were as good as I have seen for this area, including the lights from the harbor. I saw at most 15 meteors the entire time. More than I have seen since 1947, but very disappointing none the less. I had my digital camera set up and I know 2 occurred within range of the lens during 16-second time exposures, but nothing showed up when I looked at them later. Either I was mistaken that they were in view, or there’s something about the camera that keeps it from seeing a fast moving object under low light levels. All in all I was disappointed.
