Huckster Runs From Question Again

You learned the ways of hucksters well I see. Thanks for that admission at least. Still waiting for how you equate the inquisition with a scientific review panel. Didn't see that covered in the article you posted, but then I don't really expect your post was intended as an answer, but rather yet another diversion from yet another glaring error on your part.

I'm glad you provided evidence that the vast majority of micro-organisms are harmless, but the thrust of your letter is far better addressed by real scientists in the reports I listed. The letter also illustrates more psuedo-scientists techniques such as asking leading ominous open ended questions for which answers are readily available. The publish in unrefereed magazine outside the field angle is also duly noted. Why do you keep doing the stuff that leads most everyone here to conclude your are a BS shoveling psuedo-scientist? I can't believe you are so stupid as to intentionally make a fool of yourself. It seems you just honestly don't get what science is really about and genuinely think these tactics of yours are science.

When did you move to Wales by the way? What exactly does being a research associate at the Cardiff Centre for Astrobiology include as duties? Or is this just charity from your pal Chandra Wickramasinghe "professor of astronomy and mathematics at Cardiff University, Wales"

Note at http://pubs.acs.org/ci/about.html

it says "Chemical Innovation ceased publication after the December 2001 issue"
it does not claim to be a refereed journal and probably did not have a large audience with its short publication history. ACS is a large well recognized scientific body. This comment is only made to indicate why there is unlikely to have been much chance for correcting BD errors in that article.

So did you write the article for pay Barry?

I noticed the misleading claim at the bottom as well "His book, Mars: The Living Planet, with co-authors G. V. Levin and P. A. Straat, was released in 1997, and reexamined the Viking biology evidence." You have admitted all you reviewed was Levin and Straat's data. A scientific re-examination as opposed to a pseudo-science investigation would have reviewed the data on both sides.

Mark
