I am not offended at all. I feel he is trying to make a point. That is all. Offensive ...yep.

If contraceptives are to be issued free, then, my idea is that a contract should be entered into with both the issuer...and the issuee.

We, the taxpayer give up something...and they, the ones who want something for nothing, must give up something.

Barter system.
