The explanation in general: Employers of more than a certain number of employees must provide a reasonable health care plan. It does not provide for opt-outs on "moral grounds". That is the gun pointed at our heads. That arguement was over and done with in the 70s.

I'm not going to be your sex educator and deal with every spun up niggle you come up with. Please do find some education on the subject, though.
