Nobody's "asking" the Jesuits. They're pointing a gun. It has been decreed (literally - there was no legislation) that this service will be provided, notwithstanding your own Constitutional rights and moral choices, or you will be punished by the State.
Not giving someone free birth control - for recreational sex, for God's sake - is not "banning" it. Never mind that the damn ruling doesn't even apply to students and schools. Never mind that the school obviously does not forbid its students to use contraception. Never mind that no Republican has ever proposed actually banning contraception.
This is the lie the Democrats are running with, because on every other issue they're utterly bankrupt. Literally in some cases.
You don't get to make "choices" by forcing someone else to support them against their own beliefs and Constitutional rights.
