My anthill metaphor would hold here. Humans couldn't do it, as we are, to use a current word, "embedded" in our concept of time.
However, something outside "time" might be able to.
It also seems reasonable to me that the first three dimensions could be for "measuring", and there could be a qualitative shift in dimensions, and the next 3, or 6 or 8 could be different in expression and nature.
