Well, in essence we are indeed traveling in time and space through past, present and future via our consciousness.

Our "memory" is in one sense a finely calibrated frequency identifier and tuner. The future may come in glimpses of deja vu - where we knew an event was going to happen because we had witnessed it already from the FTL perspective.

The past we can sift through and parts of us return to these places and moments in time.

However, the reason we are not entirely immersed is due to that continually modifying consciousness. Our consciousness is not the same at any two points of that time-space spectra. It is "grounded" so-to-speak in the constantly updated frequencies of thoughts and actions we have taken.

When we sleep and dream and detach even further from our material environment - such travel is indeed not only possible but likely. Our dreams may be fragments of our visits with people and places which have changed. Many folks have had a dream of some person they have not seen since their childhood- fully age-progressed in a manner seemingly hard to have been done by imagination. Indeed, infinite amounts of information of all sorts passes on the FTL superhighway and can provide inspiration, information...and even the updated looks of an old school sweetheart. Twins, siblings or spouses often use this network unknowingly and "know" when something bad has happened to the other or feel suddenly elated without knowing why because of someone who has their fundamental wavelength recorded.

Indeed the future of mankind is astonishing. The most developed people will know all sorts of things, somewhat like the prophets and oracles of old. The doctors will know what ails one without needing machines - the information will come to them almost instantaneously and their inner link to this FTL superhighway will not only provide imagery of the injury or problem - but methods of treatment, etc. Many folks will be much more honest in their dealings as a newfound awareness of people's thoughts and feelings will be developed. Privacy will still be maintained by choice - but their will always be a few folks who decide to pry. Of course there will be those who can forcibly shut out such prying too.

Sometimes it's a real good thing we have to wait to earn these abilities. Man himself must become more wise and compassionate. The infinite wisdom of the ages awaits us all and the mysteries of time and space will be unraveled and will act as a stepping stone to evolve to even greater universes beyond our wildest imaginations.

It is certainly fun to postulate the possibilities.
