No by Boeing

No, Hughes Space & Communications (HSC) was bought by Boeing and renamed Boeing Satellite Systems (BSS). Yes they did send one of there satellites around the moon. I had been stranded in the wrong orbit by a failed rocket, and they discovered that if they would give it just the right pulses of it’s apogee kick motors it could gradually send it around the Moon. By doing that and getting it around the Moon at just the right angle and time it would come back to earth and they could eventually get it into a usable synchronous orbit. After that they sold it to a new customer. The original having been paid off by insurance. By the way TRW has since been bought bye Northrop Grumman.
