Mars Society President?

Chris writes: I wasn't asking who you think would make a good Mars Society President. I don't think Gene Cernan or Harrison Schmidt have any interested in the job! I could name hundreds of good candidates who don't want the job...exactly what good does that do?

Barry wrote: Plus either of them would carry more weight.

Chris writes: Are you suggesting their fatter than Zubrin? What weight do you think they carry? Get a clue! Zubrin is the most vocal Mars advocate around. Cernan and Schmitt may get your vote, but then you don't seem to want people to visit Mars...so I'm betting you aren't with the majority of Mars Society membership and haven't a clue what they want in their president. Some of the Mars Society membership think the Moon Landings were a waste of money and time, some see a return to the Moon in the same light.
