Arabic is a Semitic language and quite different from English. For example Arabic is based upon a different alphabet. There is not an exact one-to-one mapping of the Arabic alphabet to the Latin alphabet. Also words in a semitic language optionally include vowels as "triliteral marks". Ths s n xmpl f sch sntnc. [This is an example of such a sentence]. The written language without the triliteral marks is very vague and inexact. It should be emphasized that with the triliteral marks, Arabic and Hebrew have almost a mathematical rigor (an interlocking grammar, logic and syntax). It's no mystery at all why the Arabs invented Algebra once you understand a little bit of their language. All canonical religious texts are written with the triliteral marks thus making them appear super exact and logical.
