IMHO, this "united front" is mostly conversation and will evaporate when the going gets tough. The British, Canadians and Australians will stick with us to the bitter end. The Israelis will also cooperate to the bitter end because these enemies are "close and personal". However Israeli involvement will tend to be more a liability than an assett because there is so much hostility towards them. The French will cooperate until their immediate national security needs are satisfied and then withdraw. The Germans, Japanese and many other western European states will initially make positive noises but be mired in "political correctness" when it comes to concrete action. The Russians might be helpful but will pursue hidden agendas. Cooperation from Arab/Islamic states will be pro-forma (except maybe from the Turks who can be true allies). Any sensitive information passed to the Arab/Islamic states will be immediately transferred to bin Laden through individual sympathizers. The United Nations might(?) be of limited use if the Chinese do not interfer (likely). NATO will be of strong initial value but slowly fade away as casulties mount.
