Even if a nuke is launched at the USA, and whether we can avert it or not, no nukes should be launched from us. We can face this conventionally. We have what appears to be a united front around the globe, with a lot of nations out there that hold real-world experience in terrorist-hunting, and our restraint would be marveled upon, and we step in and annihilate that evil network -- by hand.
