Further clinching the identification
The CNN news article has been updated since I wrote the first post. It now mentions that the placards name both Loud Engineering and Boeing. The CH-47 Chinook was built by Boeing Vertol. The US military says the helicopter lost last week was a Blackhawk, which were built by Sikorsky. It makes no sense for them to misidentify the type of helicopter that was lost, so I'll take their word for it. Those parts aren't from any Blackhawk (nor Predator).
