No. The wheels are much too large for a Predator.
Those wheels appear to be roughly knee high to a grown man. That's much too large for a light weight drone like the Predator. Furthermore, the Predator doesn't have dual wheels. Those wheels were designed to carry heavy loads of many tons. The wheels on the Predator look just like the ones on my Cessna.
As to those people suggesting it could be from a Predator, either they're clueless or they're hoping everyone else is clueless enough not to notice the obvious flaws in their claim. If it's a disinformation attempt, it's a poor one.
