It depends on how many planes you're trying to operate. The more planes and more types you're trying to operate, the greater the logistics support. If all you're supporting are some A-10s, AV-8Bs, and helicopters, then a flight or two per day by C-130s would be able to fly in everything you need. Here's a good article about A-10 operations that states a single C-130 can fly in enough equipment to operate 6 A-10s for several weeks.

Fuel can be delivered in C-130s using bladders. Bombs and cannon shells can also be flown in, along with spare parts, food, and the other things needed to keep the base operating. The Air Force has Special Ops troops called "Combat Controllers" and even "Combat Weathermen" who train all the time to support these types of operations as well as other Special Ops forces like the Rangers.
