<This one is puzzling as well . Rather than granting a defendant monies from the doctor who birthed them (in lieu of a living/surviving doctor, are medical facilities to be hosed as well?), it would seem far more corrective -- and cheaper -- to simply have the complainers shot. The moochers are apparently dissatisfied with life anyway.
Did anybody feel the ground tremble just now -- or was it just me...?
I did notice the 'tounge in cheek' tags. But you are very right, except not about the part of having him shot, though I would like to see the judge give the ruling as a joke just to see the whiners reaction. "No! NO! WAIT! did I say I wish I were never born?!! ! ! ha ha !! I . . .I was just kidding your honor!!! I mean uh. . . !!!!"
If I were the lawyer I woudl take thge courtroom to the top of the building and give the m the line of questions:
Lawyer: "so you wish you wer not born?"
handi-tard: " yes, the doctro shoudl have just aborted me. he didn't, I shoudl at least get some money to make my life better, not that any monetary amoun t woud ease the terrible terrible suffering I have to go through every day (gives his best pitiful look)"
Lawyer: "I mean your life is so bad that you would rather nto exsist?!
handi-tard: "yes! (really thinking: wheres my money?!)"
Lawyer: "you really really wish you wouldn't exsists? (raising eybrow slightly in an inquisitive manner)"
Lawyer: (grabing the Wheel Chair and rushing it toward the edge) HERE YOU GO BOy HERES YOUR CHANCE YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO GO GO GO HERE WE ARE GOING OVER ITS A FIVE STORY DROP HERES YOUR CHANCE -
handi-tard: "OH MY GOD THE CRAZY GUYS GONNA KILL ME!!!!- I DON'T WANNA DIE - I DON'T WANNA DIE!!!!!!! I WANNA LIVE! GOD SOMEONE SAVE ME!!!!!!!! AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!"
me: LOL HAHAHA!!!!! ROTFLMAO, (pounding my fists on the ground) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!
well no I don't guess I would do that if I were the lawyer but I would definitly pay to be on that jury just ot see it.
(of course the lawyer stops just short of going over, what did anyone think I was really that bad?!?!?!?!)
