I would suggest that educating these stupid and butt-ignorant electors would solve your problem. The way to eliminate the unschooled is simple---school them. Same process serves as the cure for the uneducated--educate them. Perhaps the incapable could be accommodated and made capable, surely you don't advise Hitler's solution to the deficient do you?

The only suggestion for the problem of the illegal immigrant is to perhaps legalize him? What other solution did you have in mind?

I'm not naming any political parties here, but it's worth noting that when certain people were fighting to have the ballots counted of people who were not bright enough to follow simple directions in several languages and poke a hole in piece of paper, they were operating under the assumption that those ballots had to be votes for their party.
