Since psychic ability is a rather scarce commodity, how are we supposed to know for sure whom to believe?

Yes, there does seem to be cases where different factions are using us to settle old scores against one another. The question is, how is any one of our people supposed to know for sure who is telling the truth and who is lying?

For all we know, those men killed by last week's missile attack were completely innocent. For that matter, for all we know, those local officials may be lying to cover their support for Taliban or al Qaeda forces. How are our people supposed to know for sure?
