Legitimate point.
While I distrust the dramatic reports which seem to surface just as our, or any, government decides it wants to do something, you do have a good point.
Anyone who has a willingness to use those things as evidenced by actually using them, and is inimical to the US, should be putting themselves in jeopardy.
I just don't trust Bush-Cheney regards oil and American foreign policy. I also I thought the Clinton foreign policy in these matters was dictated by a desire to attract attention away from Lewinsky more than a desire to do anything about terrorism. I might have done that, too. (Now if it were Marky Post I might have wanted folks to believe it.)
