The funds from Iraq are the main supports. The idiot agrees, in desparation mind you, to go through with the bombing. From that point on, there is no turning back. His family will be paid, but only if he goes through with it. If he refuses, he is killed, and his family gets nothing. There is his new choice. Die and save his family, or die.
