I meant to say, Children are not capable of civil disobedience.
Which I guess I should perhaps explain a bit. Young children do not have have of knowledge to make political decisions. Said differently, children aren't responsible for making laws. If you think children should make political decisions, then it would follow that you would be against a voting age limit.
