In a way, it could be a form of ethnic cleansing. That is, if the results of the accidental deaths are triggering attacks of this sort, then the Allies are performing a service to the future "rulers" of Afghanistan. We're essentially getting rid of the troublemakers, destroying the backbone of the nation, taking down those who would dare question a future authority.
Well, they’re very isolated incidences, so I doubt if the harm done to the future of Afghanistan is permanent.
