I make no value judgment regarding the Afghan 's humanity. I find their life style peculiar as they would find ours peculiar.
I simply think that the main body of the population is more secular than some other Muslim cultures and they are numbed to violence by various roving bands.
Our current mission seems much different than the Russian mission.
