All the full-bore radical Islamic terrorists that have expressed a specific opinion so far have indeed enthusiastically supported the utter extinction of the United States, although if you want to be a stickler about it, I don't remember anyone who has called for the death of "Westerners" in general. Of course, the constant refrain of "Death to America" is probably just enthusiastic hyperbole. Right?
I will bet that there is not one person on this board who does not believe that if bin Laden had possessed a dozen fusion warheads and the ability to place them in the centers of American cities, that he would not have enthusiastically done so.
