If the land is in dispute what does that do to the morality issue? Further, what if the helicopter attack has nothing to do with seizing land but is a response to unrelenting terrorism?
No matter how you look at it, as regretable as the loss of palestinian civilian lives is, it is not the intention of the attack and thus not morally equivilent to the premeditated murder of children which the palestinian side is so proud of.
