The "knowledge of the FBI"?

That is a very misleading statement, Bowser.
It implies official policy of the FBI to allow this to happen.
Since the plot started under clinton, that has very bad implications for a lot of things.
Maybe you meant something like, "with some evidence in the FBI system it could happen"?
