How does a society become a death-worshipping society?
They can't win by doing this.
At some point they will either acquire really big WMD type bombs, or the Israelis will despair of ever forcing peace and instead just kill them until the survivors surrender in sincerity.
We did it with Germany and Japan, and it worked for us, but then again, we treated the survivors with a great deal of respect.
