The "code" you allude to, from what I've seen of it, singles out the US as responsible for most of the worlds woes, or at least at the top of the welfare list, who pays the most.

The rest of the world naturally wants us to fail, because they are our competitors in world markets. If they can devalue our currency it will be another big feather in their caps.

You apparently have a low opinion of America, Bows. Well, we aren't perfect, but I'll take the USA any day.
