The real purpose is to cull us out of the world community.
It will backfire.
Remember that in the Netherlands (the home of the "world court") it took a political assasinaiton to keep a conservative out of office.
In France, quietly after the massive protests against the crypto-fascist (who the press implied was the same as a conservative) the French elected a conservative majority in the Parliament, the PM and the Presidency.
The opponents to fredom really are evil, and they will do evil things, and the court will be modified or terminated in light of that, imho.
