Again, it doesn't matter.

You and I know why that factory got bombed.

And, objectively, in the cold light of day, it was an act of terrorism. Perpetrated by the US. By America. Our country.

Trying to say how bad everyone else is doesn't change things. It was an American act of terrorism.

My golly, you are trying to say that Arafat is responsible for every Palestinian extremist act.

And then you're trying to say America isn't responsible for a terrorist act perpetrated by it's own military.

Somewhere between being responsible for everything and being responsible for nothing probably lies the truth.

Don't have to like it, don't have to want to do it. And, we have to acknowledge our fallibilities if we are going to be accusing others. This is a big enough country, a strong enough country, a moral enough country to be able to acknowledge our mistakes, learn, correct them, and move on. That's what makes us absolutely super.

Not insisting we have always been right, or that when we weren't we weren't responsible.

Or, remain hypocritical.
