Sadam will in all likelihood try to use his cities as the "High Ground", but the "High Ground" he occupies will be in isolated cells and his soldiers, once starving, will turn on him. One by one the cities would fall. Soon we would know exactly what city Sadam occupied. We could then take it using a little more force...
It worked for Ghenghis Khan. It should work even better for George W. Bush (Even if Bush doesn't use the other Genghis warefare techniques (Like leveling the place and killing every living thing)
