Where are the names, places, EXACT verbatim lies which all these "perjurious, false and misleading testimony" charges refer to?

Keep in mind Tom, Clinton was never impeached on lying at the civil trial, he was impeached for lying to the grand jury. Immediately BEFORE the grand jury testimony Clinton admitted to the whole nation, the whole world, that he had indeed had an affair with Monica. The "perjury" Ken Starr claimed was an impeachable offense was Clinton telling the grand jury there had only been one blow job, Monica said 8 or 10. Clinton said he never touched Monica, she said he touched her breasts. There was also some desrcepncy about what time it was when it happened I believe.

So Clinton, having admitted to the fundamental fact that he had an affair, was impeached over the details of that affair: where he touched Monica, when he touched Monica, and how many times he touched Monica. Are you beginning to understand why there were no details of the alleged perjury in the articvles of impeachment? As legal documents it is unprecedented to not state exactly what the alleged perjury is and that is why they are so legally flawed. But when looking at those alleged perjurious statements it's easy to see why they were left out. Is it even slightly possible you see how utterly preposturous and trumpted up this whole thing was? NO ONE in history would ever be prosecuted for these identical circumstances.
