No, but at least some of it can be traced to the moral makeup of a man who thinks it's okay to get a blowjob in the Oval Office, a man whose every policy and action was intended solely to enhance his own career and personal whims, with consequences to the nation coming a distant second. Not unique in Washington, to be sure, but nothing to be proud of.
Every one of the crooked CEOs did exactly what Clinton would have done had he been in their position. Not an acceptable excuse by any means, but worth noting.
