Like past apologists for Marx, Lenin, and Stalin, Chomsky has covered his ass quite neatly, with the vast amount of verbiage basically boiling down to "I never said it, and it was all America's fault anyway."
I noticed that you skated neatly past my main point which was that Marxists like Chomsky enjoy privileged positions of leadership in many areas of our society, especially at our universities, while I do not believe we will ever be in any serious danger of having a professor who is a Nazi teaching our kids.
