You're right, conservatives don't care. And, they don't have to. They've found a way to usurp power without respecting the electorate.
However, in a democracy, the leadership is supposed to care.
And as a general rule, when the whole world thinks you're crazy you probably are.

No one's home - they just talk among themselves and think that's reality.
