Where you're right is that I'm hoping we don't lose innocent lives, ours and theirs, so that Halliburton et al. can get their hands on Iraqi oil.

When I was doing that sort of thing, thanks to my great Uncle Sugar, I'm absolutely delighted you weren't on my side. Even if you were surrounded, overrun, cut off from everyone else, you start looking to "kiss ass", you start throwing away your weapon, you even think about it, and you'd have been shot. By one side or the other, whichever could get at you first.

There were too many good guys counting on you to cover their backs to the end.

Talk about treason! You really shouldn't admit that, Frank. I think I quoted you - "you kiss ass and try to make friends. - - - you do not look for bigger rocks for your sling." You DO look for bigger rocks.
