This option will allow unlimited inspections, regardless of the existence and possible disclosure of WMD systems. Hussein feels he remains in partial control, for as the leader of a nation, he will not be called to the carpet for having such weapons. He just has to now give them up to remove sanctions, and get the big ol' U.S. of A. off his back.
If the inspections find no WMD, or do find them and dismantle them, ain't no way this votin' monkey's gettin' off his back. Oust the tyrant -- before he complies completely and some idiot awards him the Nobel Prize for International Peace.
Think he'll manage to survive the year?
