Bush's partisan ploy getting a desired result?

NAW. Sadam stalling for time. He wants that bomb ready when the Marines land in Iraq...

The only question: Will he attempt to use it on the Marines or attempt to use it on Isreal? And will it work without a prototype/test explosion?

But then what if he has two? or three?
