It's been crossed at least twice -- I mean when I actually care to pay attention to what the two sides are doing out there. They're both cranked to the max, but I will say that Israel shows the greater restraint of the two -- which isn't all that surprising since they're also the stronger power, something Palestine has yet to have figured out.
