While it's true there are chemical and biological threats coming from Iraq, It's not the case yet for nuclear warheads (only twelve or sixteen 600km range missiles left).
What is dangerous to the world, are the traveling terrorists...Boats for instance. I've heard reports of cruises with passengers very nervous in the Mediterranean sea.
