Long term peace?

Umm, Tom, you didnt notice that Camp David was primarily about Egypt and Israel?

You know about a war between them since, that the rest of us don't?

As for it being political, merely see the Nobel Chairman's remarks:
Asked if the selection of the former president was a criticism of Bush, Gunnar Berge, head of the Nobel committee, said: "With the position Carter has taken on this, it can and must also be seen as criticism of the line the current U.S. administration has taken on Iraq."

Tony
P.S. I fail to see how they lose credibility by giving a prize to a man who has worked for peace in many area, as Prez and after.
