And my monthly payment actually went down by $30.00!!!

What a dream economy this is...I'm well on my way to winning life's lottery.

Check out interest rates... A 15YR mortgage can be found for approximatly 5%...

In my tax bracket thats about 3.25% after taxes!!!

Cripes! their giving money away! The economy is poised to skyrocket once that goon in Iraq is gone...
